A gifted administrator, author, conference speaker and honored-to-be wife of J. David Wells who has built churches all across Kentucky. Together, they have been used to establish ministries as well as "building" the people of God - thus - SteeplePeople was born. The proud parents of Keith Wells, and his wife Mandi - both health care professionals.
Barbara served as the Faculty Chair for the Kentucky Christian Writers Association for two years (2007-08) and was emcee for the KCWC Conference in 2009.
